At Water Feature Pros, we pride ourselves on manufacturing high-quality rock features that capture the beauty of nature and bring it to your home. We want the product to be of long lasting value and provide an industry leading 5-year limited warranty to protect your investment.

What Our Warranty Covers:

Any manufacturing structural defects for 5 years.

Any leaks of the factory installed plumbing “pass-throughs” or leaks through the exterior finish for 5 years.

Any “unreasonable” color fading for 5 years that is not attributable to improper pool chemistry.

Our coloring process consist of Polyurea that is colorfast throughout the material, and accented with crushed rock and accent colors while drying.

Polyurea colored this way is significantly more resilient than any stained concrete or other composite materials. Although there may be slight lightening of the color over time. It far exceeds any man-made product on the market today

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

WHAT WE WILL DO:

We will assess your product to establish the cause of the problem. If the problem is due to a structural fault in manufacturing, or a defective part;

We will send materials to repair your product without charge
We will replace your product without charge
We will give you a credit on another Water Feature Pros product

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Color variations are not covered under this warranty. Our natural looking replica rock products are hand made to imitate nature. Consequently, they have variations in color and finish. The rock finish is also designed to age naturally.

Damage due to incorrect installation is not covered by this warranty. The water features must be installed correctly. When installed correctly the Water Feature Pros feature will be a lasting and beautiful contribution to your home.

Pumps purchased with a Water Feature Pros Water Feature are not covered by this warranty. Each pump manufacturer has their own warranty. This will be provided to you and Water Feature Pros will assist our customers with any claim issues but the manufacturer bears the ultimate responsibility for claim resolution.

Hoses and fittings are not covered by this warranty.

Products sold as used “display models”.
Travel to inspect or repair the Engineered Rock product is not covered.
